Tasting Note: A spritely, sparkling wine from Penedès, Spain that abounds with fresh-fruit flavors.
Pale-intensity lemon in color with small, persistent bubbles, this wine has a nose of lemon-citrus, fresh-pear slice, honeysuckle, white nectarine and quince.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sparkling wine is filled with bright, green, tart fruit flavors and completes with a lemon-citrus-infused, medium finish.
The wine has a steely texture with medium-plus intensity flavors supported by medium-plus acidity.
Would make a perfect aperitif sparkling wine or palate cleanser between courses.
