Tasting Note: A Blanquette de Limoux that has more flavor concentration than most.

Pale-intensity lemon in color with medium-sized bubbles, this wine has a nose of pear, orange-citrus peel, green apple, blossom and some notes of caramel.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied sparkling wine has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported my medium-plus acidity and completing with a pear and lemon-citrus-infused finish.

While the wine is mostly straightforward in taste profile, it has a bright body that refreshes and pleases the senses offering some hints of complexity towards the finish.
