Tasting Note: Sauvignon blanc and semillon are two complimentary bed fellows in this impressive, South-African, white blend.

Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has pronounced aromas of green apple, wild flower, lemon citrus, pear and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied, white blend features sauvignon blanc and semillon in a Bordeaux-reminiscent style.

The wine has midpalate complexity with some clove and midpalate grassiness.
