Bernard Reglat Château Cousteau Cadillac 2016 – Punches Above its Weight for the Price Point

Bernard Reglat Château Cousteau, Cadillac 2016, France, Wine Casual

Bernard Reglat Château Cousteau, Cadillac 2016, France

Tasting Note: A honeyed, sweet Bordeaux that punches above its weight for the price point.

Deep-intensity gold in color with developing hints of amber, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of spring honey, tangerine, nectarine, marmalade, dried apple and honeysuckle.

On the palate the sweet, full-bodied sweet Bordeaux has medium-plus-intensity, gold-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a long finish.

There is midpalate concentration, complexity and richness.

The wine well-balances its fruit and acid character.

This is the first bottle of dessert wine to bring out to guests who will quickly finish it and look to you for more.

Bottle Note: Grand Vin de Bordeaux.
