Tasting Note: A rosé with a pleasing creamy texture that is a welcome break from the plethora of steely, flavor-free rosés on the market.

Pale-intensity onion skin in color, this wine has a nose of red cherry, strawberry, nectarine stone fruit, pear and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied-rosé’s creamy texture is buttressed by flavors suggested on the nose along with some yoghurt.

The wine is medium in flavor intensity, acidity and finish.

It leaves you wanting more.

Nestled in the hills of Provence, the vineyards are sheltered by acres of pine forest and lavender fields. The grapes enjoy the cooler Provence nights which slow their ripening and help produce this Provencal classic.
