Tasting Note: A Grand Crus Blanc de Blancs Champagne that is filled with wonderful toasty elements that would pair particularly well with brunch or a mid-afternoon pick-me-up.

Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a nose of baked red apple, brioche, bread dough, butter, caramel and lemon citrus.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Champagne has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose, with a buttery texture supported by medium-plus acidity.

The wine has midpalate complexity and completes with a medium-plus-finish.

An elegant champagne that sings.
