Tasting Note: An English sparkling brut from market-powerhouse Sainsbury’s that doesn’t disappoint, especially for the price point.

Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of biscuit, quince and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied brut delivers flavors suggested on the nose with a slightly, lemon-infused finish.

Bottle Note: This is a sophisticated sparkling wine displaying dried apricot, honeysuckle and cinnamon on the nose leading to notes of crisp apple and lively lemon citrus on the palate. This wine is produced by famous English winery Denbies from grapes grown in their vineyards in Surrey’s beautiful North Downs. This classy English fizz is delicious with fresh shellfish, cured meats or lightly cooked seafood. Winemaker, John Worontschak. Grapes: Pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot meunier. Style: Complex and elegant. Taste: Crisp apple and citrus notes. With: Shellfish, cured mean or lightly cooked seafood.
