Doc’s Draft, Original Hard Apple Cider, New York

Tasting Note: A solid cider from the Hudson Valley.

Pale lemon-yellow in color, this cider has a nose of yeast, macerated-red apple and bosc pear.

On the palate the cider is smooth with low-to-medium sweetness that does not overwhelm and compliments the cider’s dry character.

Bottle Note: A unique, hand-crafted hard apple cider. Made from pressed NY state apples, fermented with champagne yeast and malic acid.
