Tasting Note: A Crozes-Hermitage syrah with a velvety texture, rich black fruit and some pleasing notes of forest floor on the finish.

Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of black plum, bramble, black currant, blackberry, violet and black tea leaves.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied syrah is rich in texture with medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and slightly-grippy, medium-plus tannin.

The wine is balanced with midpalate complexity and silkiness.
