Tasting Note: A rosé that would pair well with a dessert course and could also be enjoyed on its own.

Salmon-to-orange in color, this wine has a nose of strawberry.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied crémant has light-intensity flavors with muted fruit and some red cherry.

The sparkling wine is high in acidity with tight, spritely bubbles.

The crémant is 100% pinot noir grown on chalk soil.
