Domaine Ostertag Fronholz Riesling 2014 – Wet Stone & Honeysuckle Aromas

Domaine Ostertag, Fronholz Riesling 2014, Alsace, France, Wine Casual

Domaine Ostertag, Fronholz Riesling 2014, Alsace, France

Tasting Note: A riesling with flavor intensity and concentration.

Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of ripe pear, under-ripe white nectarine, wet stone and honeysuckle.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied riesling is creamy in texture and medium-plus in acidity, flavor concentration, flavor intensity and finish.

The wine is very good in quality because of the balance between fruit and acidity.
