Tasting Note: A tart palate cleanser.

Lemon in color, this wine has a nose of yellow-and-green fruit.

On the palate the dry auxerrois is round in texture with tartness that continues all the way to the finish.

The vines were grown on granite soil that has been certified organic since 2011.
