Establo Gewurztraminer 2011 – Drips in Golden Fruit

Establo, Gewurztraminer 2011, Casablanca Valley, Chile, Wine Casual

Establo, Gewurztraminer 2011, Casablanca Valley, Chile

Tasting Note: Experience the rare, hot-climate gewurztraminer from Chile that drips in golden fruit.

Deep golden yellow in color this wine has an aromatic nose of ripe tropical fruit including lychee, passion fruit, mango, yellow-pear and green apple.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus bodied gewurztraminer is creamy in texture trending toward luscious.

The wine is medium in acidity but still balanced even given its ripe fruit profile.

This wine could be served as a dessert wine or as an end to a meal, but it could also accompany a meal.

Bottle Note: Nicole, my unique & treasured friend, took me on a life changing journey into the fascinating world of people with special needs. I have paired Nicole’s great love for horses with my love for fine wines to help developmentally delayed adults like Nicole. Indulge yourself in the Establo fine wines knowing that with each bottle you buy, part of the proceeds will be donated to enrich the lives of people with special needs. Thank you. Michael. Gewurztraminer. This semi-sweet gewurztraminer is an aromatic delicious jewel from Chile’s prestigious Casablanca Valley. Winemaking as an art! Cesar Baeza, Winemaker.
