Tasting Note: An exquisite apple cider that delights.

Golden in color this apple sparkler has a nose of under-ripe pear, red apple and yeast.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied cider is smooth in texture with tart, understated yeast and apple flavors supported by medium acidity.

There is just enough residual sugar to make this sparkler one degree away from being completely bone dry which in the end contributes to the cider’s overall balance.

Bottle Note: Discover the bitter cider apple varieties from Pays D’Auge in a unique way, with Etienne Dupont Cidre Triple. Elaborated with a first fermentation with the natural sugar, a second fermentation with added neutral sugar and once bottled, a third fermentation once bottled for carbonation. We have enjoyed producing it. We hope you will enjoy drinking it. Unfiltered, unpasteurized cider. 100% Pure Apple Juice
