Tasting Note: A basic sparkling shiraz that is mostly straightforward and good in its dimension.

Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of kirsch, black plum, red currant, violet and cinnamon baking spice.

On the palate the off-dry, full-bodied sparkling shiraz is creamy in texture with ripe, slightly-grippy, medium-plus tannin and aromas on the nose continuing as flavors along with a hint of red cherry on the medium-plus finish.

Bottle Note: An iconic wine of Australia, this sparkling shiraz is full of dried cranberry, cacao, juicy blueberry and black cherries, with a hint of spice. This bold, but dazzling wine, over-delivers or what we like to say, knocks it ‘out of the park.’
