Tasting Note: This golden-colored chardonnay has a nose of green apple, just-ripened pear and sour apple dipstick (a candy you may have enjoyed in your youth).

On the palate there is medium-acidity in this relatively straightforward, uncomplicated wine that is slightly round in your mouth.

The wine shows some complexity mid-palate through to the finish. A solid chardonnay that pairs well with poultry and the Thanksgiving meal I am enjoying today.

Bottle Note: The lighter, softer side of Chardonnay is captured in this appealing fruity dry wine. Look for the scents of pear and spice married with hazelnut notes. Food pairings that we especially enjoy this wine include roasted poultry, cheese straws, mango salsa and spicy shrimp with tomatoes and capers. Our winery, located on the western slopes of Seneca Lake, is ideally situation for producing world-class wines. Our tasting room and café with their spectacular views of the lake and vineyards, are perfect for a relaxing visit.
