Tasting Note: Give yourself an opportunity to experience Israeli wines like this GSM blend from Galilee.

Medium-intensity ruby in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of black plum, raspberry puree, Hawaiian punch and black cherry.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied grenache-syrah-mourvedre blend is fruity with medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose.

Well balanced with some bits of midpalate complexity.

Bottle Note: Our French trained winemaker, Philippe Lichtenstein, immigrated to Israel with one dream: to bring the aromas and sensory pleasures from the vineyards of Provence to the hills of Jerusalem. This blend of 40% grenache, 35% syrah and 25% mourvedre is barrel aged in French oak barrels for 18 months and has generous aromas of blackberries, chocolate and spice. On the palate, it is remarkably smooth and long with a rich finish. Its good acidity makes it a great food wine and one that is likely to age exceptionally well, while presently approachable. Has great gaining potential.
