Juvé & Camps, Reserva de la Familia Brut Nature Cava, Catalonia, Spain

Tasting Note: A reserva cava that is creamy and refreshing with notes of development.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-plus-intensity nose of biscuit, green pear, quince, blossom and green apple with a hint of petrol.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied cava has a creamy texture with medium-intensity, green-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported my medium-plus acidity and completing with a slightly-tart, medium finish.

There is midpalate complexity and integration of flavor components.

A slightly, more grown-up cava.

Bottle Note: 40th Anniversary Limited edition. The new generation of Juvé & Camps pays tribute to its most emblematic cava, born 40 years ago. It does so by offering customers and friends a limited edition made according to the same quality standards and aging criteria as the first bottle to leave our winery in 1977. Juvé & Camps, tradition and change. History and modernity.
