Green pepper jumps out on the nose followed by supple red fruit that also blossoms into red plum preserve.

On the palate the red fruit clings together and fades to medium-minus tannin towards the 70% point of the taste.

A soft, supple cab franc that has a tendency towards black fruit aromas even as the lead aromas and flavors are decidedly red.

Composed of 100% cabernet franc, this wine was aged for 12 months in French oak.
