Tasting Note: A plush and elegant cabernet sauvignon that pleases all the senses and that is evocative of cabernet franc.

Deep-intensity ruby in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of red plum, young cedar, red cherry, kirsch, blackberry puree, violet and vanilla baking spice.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied cabernet sauvignon delivers rich red-and-black-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and ripe, velvety, medium-plus tannin.

The wine has a creamy texture with midpalate complexity and a persistent, cedar-infused, medium-plush finish.

A cabernet sauvignon to stock up on and impress guests.

Bottle Note: As identical twins, it was natural for us to team up in 1974 to continue our family’s agricultural roots. Having grown up playing and working in the vineyards with our father, we learned early on that to be generational, we must be sustainable. Today we are delighted to work together as a fifth generation farm family crafting sustainable wines which showcase our vineyards. Enjoy! – Randall and Brad Lange.
