Pale-intensity lemon in color with tight bubbles, this wine has a nose of green apple, pear and blossom with faint hints of caramel.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied brut delivers structured, medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completes with a medium-plus, biscuit-and-fruit-infused finish.

The wine is creamy in texture with mid-palate flavor concentration and complexity.
