Tasting Note: If vin doux naturel is something you have never experienced before, this is a good place to start.

Deep-intensity ruby in color this wine has a nose of raspberry, red cherry, and concentrated black raisin.

On the palate medium-sweet wine expresses flavors suggested on the nose along with medium tannin.

There is midpalate depth reminiscent of a complex-dry-red- wine’s complexity.

The red blend has a long finish that puts ripe  fruit on full display.

Bottle Note: The passion, the extra spirit of Maison M. Chapoutier, based in the Rhone Valley since 1808. To spin out the pleasure of a good meal, wines & spirits of my collection do celebrate the M. Chapoutier.
