Tasting Note: If you like Italian red wines with body, concentration and depth, this Nero d’Avola from Sicily will not disappoint.

Deep-intensity ruby in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of blackberry, raspberry, black plum and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Nero d’Avola delivers ripe, black-fruit flavors suggested on the nose.

The wine has velvety, medium-plus tannin that borders on full.

There is a balance between the fruit and medium-plus acidity.
