Tasting Note: I get the sense this wine was produced for the American market to go after the market for white Burgundy.

Pale lemon in color, this wine has a nose of oak and subsumed green apple.

Flavors on the nose continue to the palate as flavors.

The wine is aged in first-use oak for six months.

Bottle Note: In 1855 our ancestor Vittoria delgi Albizi, born and raised in a medieval town in central France known for its wines, introduced chardonnay in Tuscany and cultivated it in the vineyards of Pomino, which was similar to its microclimate of provenance. Today chardonnay continues to interpret the style and rich elegant character of Pomino Beneficio.
