Tasting Note: A zinfandel that shows balance and gobs of delicious ripe fruit you’d want to spoon on a bowl full of vanilla ice cream.

Purple in color this wine has a nose of blackberry, raspberry compote, red cherry and clove and vanilla baking spice.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied zinfandel shows fruit suggested on the nose supported with ripe medium-plus tannin.

There is mid-palate complexity that showcases red fruit elements of the wine. Yum.

Bottle Note: This wine is made in honor of the vine that took a hit our first year harvesting grapes. Lodi Rules sustainable winegrowing.
