Tasting Note: A fortified shiraz to finish your meal with that has a nice peppery character to it that traditional Port is lacking.

Deep-intensity ruby in color, this wine has an aromatic, pronounced-intensity nose of blackberry puree, black plum, fig, strawberry and raspberry.

On the palate the sweet, fortified shiraz has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and slightly-grippy, medium-plus tannin.

Bottle Note: An exceptional parcel of grapes was selected to produce this luscious fortified shiraz. The color is a deep, dark plum and the nose features ripe raspberries and cherry. Warm and velvety on the palate with blackberry jam and rum-raisin characters, the perfect pairing for cheeses and dark chocolate.
