Tasting Note: A lighter-styled, slightly petillant, sauvignon blanc from Lodi, California that refreshes and resembles a cool-climate white.

Pale lemon in color this wine has a nose of pear, green apple, quince, and lemon peel.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sauvignon blanc has bright, concentrated flavors of green and yellow fruit suggested on the nose supported by high acidity.

The wine has a steely texture that completes with a medium-plus finish.

This sauvignon blanc was deliciously and sustainably made under the Lodi Rules sustainability umbrella.
