Tasting Note: This wine is like a Sauternes in training that decides rather than develop into a luscious dessert wine chooses instead to become a lean but substantial dry white.

Medium-intensity gold in color this wine has aromatic nose of apricot, orange citrus, lemon curd and green apple.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied white wine is creamy in texture with aromas on the nose continuing to the palate at medium-plus flavor intensity.

There is complexity and medium acidity that carry the wine into a space where it could both pair with a meal or serve as an aperitif or after-dinner drink paired with a dessert.
