Tasting Note: You’ll often encounter Chablis that is steely in texture as is the region’s classic style.

This bottle has a creamy texture, that softens some of Chablis’s angular elements.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of quince, green apple, pear and blossom with a hint of clove baking spice.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Chablis delivers medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose with a creamy texture supported by medium acidity.

The fruit and acid structure are in balance.

There is midpalate complexity and varietal typicity.
