Tasting Note: A Bordeaux Superior that tips its hat towards the new world with ripe (but not overripe) fruit and a plush body.

Deep-intensity ruby in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of raspberry, pencil shavings, blackberry, red-cherry compote, red plum and forest floor.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Bordeaux is filled with ripe, medium-plus-intensity, red-and-black-fruit flavors suggested on the nose.

The wine is medium in acidity with a supple mouthfeel supported by slightly-grippy, medium-tannin.

There is balance between the acidity and tannin structure.

A fine example of Bordeaux Superior.

Bottle Note: 40% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 30 Cabernet Sauvignon.
