Ruhl Mann, Vieilles Vignes Gewurztraminer 2016, Alsace, France

Tasting Note: A substantial gewurztraminer from Alsace that shows the golden, ripe-fruit side of the grape.

Medium-intensity gold in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of quince, lychee, apricot, pineapple puree, blossom and lemon-citrus peel.

On the palate the off-dry, medium-plus-bodied gewurztraminer delivers ripe-fruit flavors suggested on the nose.

The wine is smooth in texture with medium-acidity and a medium-plus finish.

Delicious and would pair with many a spicy meal.

Bottle Note: A rich nose with aromas of exotic fruits, flowers and spices. A structured wine with a round body. Perfect with full-flavored foods like Middle Eastern, Thai and Sushi or as an aperitif and even dessert. Please serve chilled.
