Tasting Note: An elegant, smooth-bodied expression of Saint-Joseph syrah.

Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has a nose of blackberry, raspberry puree, black plum, leather, forest floor, strawberry and violet blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied syrah is smooth in texture with medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose.

The wine is medium in acidity with ripe, medium tannin on the black-plum-filled, medium-plus finish.

The wine is balanced and has mid-palate concentration.
