Sébastien Dampt, Chablis 2016, Burgundy, France

Tasting Note: A Chablis that captures many classic elements of the region’s signature style.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a nose of green apple, pear, melon, blossom and lime-citrus peel.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied chardonnay has a somewhat creamy texture with flavors suggested on the nose.

The wine is medium in flavor intensity with riper-fruit flavors on the palate than on the nose.

The wine ultimately completes with a citrus-infused, medium finish.
