Tasting Note: An enjoyable chenin blanc from South Africa that delivers a straightforward, southern hemisphere take on this versatile grape varietal.

Pale lemon in color this wine has a nose of fermented green apple and bosc pear with some floral notes at the end.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied chenin blanc is tart with medium-plus acidity with flavors of green fruit.

Bottle Note: Like a chef’s signature dish, Spier’s signature range of wines represent what Spier does best. We are committed to making quality wines that capture each grapes variety’s unique flavor. Chenin Blanc: This wine delights with aromas and flavors of fresh tropical fruit salad, with strong guava and hints of litchi, pear and peach aromas that shows on the nose and follow through to the palate.
