Tasting Note: A white Burgundy with subtle, barely-there oak that adds just the perfect amount of vanilla to counterbalance the fruit.

Pale-intensity lemon-green in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of green apple, quince, pear, lime citrus and blossom with hints of vanilla baking spice.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied Bourgogne Blanc presents just-shy-of-ripened green fruit flavors along with some white grape flavors.

The wine has layers of flavor indicative of indigenous-yeast fermentation.

It is creamy in texture with minerality on the medium-plus finish.
