Tasting Note: A shiraz that typifies Hunter Valley restraint resulting in an elegant and flavorsome wine that isn’t overpowering as some Australian-shirazs can be.

Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of violet blossom, raspberry puree, bramble and blackberry.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied shiraz has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity, and slightly-velvety, medium-plus tannin completing with a purple-fruit-infused, medium-plus finish.

There is integration of flavor such the component flavors express themselves as one united whole.
