Tasting Note: A good, straightforward mini bottle of wine sparkling wine from Mudgee, Australia that basically says, “Sit down. Drink me. Take a load off.”

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of green apple, pear, brioche and lemon citrus.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sparkling wine has medium acidity with lemon citrus on a medium finish.

Bottle Note: A baby bottle named after our first grandchild, Madeleine. A refined structured vintage sparkling chardonnay with fine bead and lifted orchard fruits. Like her, has a great deal of style and depth of characters. Hopefully the start of things to come with a great future ahead!
