Tasting Note: An aged white burgundy that has a tart streak that is ahead of its fruit character.

Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a nose of baked green apple, summer-ripe yellow pear, hints of gooseberry, blossom and vanilla baking spice.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied chardonnay delivers medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium-finish.

The wine has a creamy, buttery texture with a streak of green-fruit tartness running throughout the length of the taste.

This wine would pair well with seafood where tartness and acidity would serve as effective counter points.

Bottle Note: 100% Chardonnay.
