Tasting Note: It’s nice to experiment with rosés from around the world, and this rosé from Austria provides a peak into the country’s summer-wine scene.

Medium-intensity salmon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of red cherry, strawberry and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied rosé has somewhat-tart, medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and hints of lemon-citrus on the medium finish.

The wine is straightforward, uncomplicated and relatively low in alcohol to pair with summer backyard porch sitting.
