On the palate the wine is light and refreshing.

While not complex, it his all the right notes that his the spot on a warm evening.

Medium-plus acidity and body make this bottle a joy to drink at 12.5% alcohol here in Mendoza where sun-driven alcohol levels regularly play in the 15%+ zone.

The second-fermentation was completed in the bottle.
