Tasting Note: A champagne that you, the wine geek in your life, and your mother could all adore.

Medium-intensity gold in color this wine has a nose of yeast, quince, pear, honey dew melon and green apple.

On the palate the off-dry, medium-bodied champagne has a smooth texture even though it is sparkling.

There are bright, chalky, fruit flavors as suggested on the nose, supported by high acidity and hint of residual sugar.

The grand crus champagne is well made and would pair with many a dish or special occasion, like my birthday today.
