Tasting Note: An easy-going chardonnay with slightly-tart green fruit and a taste profile that would complement many a meal.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of green apple, pear and lime-citrus peel with a touch of oak.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied chardonnay has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with medium-plus finish.

The wine has a somewhat creamy texture and is mostly straightforward in taste profile with accompanying hints of vanilla.

Good for a midweek meal.

Bottle Note: 100% chardonnay. The limestone soils of the Ardèche produce top-quality chardonnays. Louis Latour is renowned in Burgundy since 1797 and has produced varietal wines in the Ardèche region since 1979. This is a round, oak-aged wine with exceptionally rich aromas; unbeatable value for money.
