Tasting Note: This is an elegant vermouth with personality and bright citrus lift. Lemon in color, the wine has a wonderfully-aromatic and perfumed nose of green pear, crushed fennel seed, mint leaf, sage brush, chamomile, orange zest and lilac.

The full-bodied wine begins with bruised golden apple on the palate followed by herbal aromas suggested on the nose.

Made from Piemonte Arneis (100%), this vermouth can be enjoyed by itself on the rocks or used in martins and gin cocktails.

Vermouth is a delicacy that more people should experience, and this is a good place to start.
