A.R. Lenoble, Brut Nature Dosage Zero Champagne, France
Tasting Note: A dry, brut-nature-styled Champagne that leads with delicious yeasty flavors followed by supple green orchard fruit.
Medium-intensity lemon in color with small, tight bubbles, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of brioche, caramelized green apple, biscuit, pear and lemon-citrus zest.
On the palate the bone dry, medium-bodied Champagne has medium-plus-intensity, autolytic flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity, and completing with a medium-plus finish.
The midpalate is bready and complex.
On the more desirable side of the Champagne spectrum.
