Ameztoi Rubentis Rose 2014, Getariako Txakolina, Spain
Tasting Note: My sister’s (Leigh Ann’s) favorite. Simply luxurious.
Just because you can’t pronounce the name of this wine, doesn’t mean you won’t enjoy it. This is a dry rose with hints of peach and apricot with an after taste of biting into a fresh peach.
The high acidity imparts a pleasant tartness on the back of your tongue. This wine takes me back to sitting outside a café in Sevilla, Spain on a lazy, summer afternoon.
Bottle Note: Hondarrabi Zuri Hndarrabi Beltza grape varieties
