Tasting Note: A Sicilian white with body and medium-intensity, baked green fruit.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of baked green apple, clove baking spice, green pear, blossom and honeydew melon.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied wine has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a lemony, medium finish.

The wine is creamy in texture with some notes of minerality.

Good and straightforward.
