Bellangelo, Rosé 2013, Seneca Lake, Finger Lakes, New York
Tasting Note: A bright, straight-forward, Finger Lakes rosé.
Medium-intensity salmon in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of red cherry, strawberry, melon, cranberry, blossom and orange-citrus peel.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied rosé is bright with red-fruit flavors suggested on the nose.
The wine is medium in acidity, flavor intensity and finish.
Bottle Note: Our bright, dry and balanced 2013 rosé not only makes the perfect companion for hot summer days but will pair nicely with Thanksgiving dinner and other holiday feasts. We recommend pairing it with a prosciutto panini, and FLX nicoise salad, or nearly anything hot off the grill. See our website for recipes. Winemaker, Ian Barry. Proprietors, The Missick Family. 200 Cases produced.
