Deep-intensity amber in color, this wine has a pronounced-intensity nose of dates, dried figs, caramel, dried apricot and raisin.

On the palate the sweet, full-bodied Pedro Ximenez Sherry has pronounced-intensity flavors suggested on the nose completing with a long, rich finish.

It is thick, rich and viscous without being oppressively sweet.

There is balance between the fruit and sweetness.
