Tasting Note: A Fino Sherry with brightness and a good concentration.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of bread dough, straw and raw almond.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Fino Sherry has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose support completing with a slightly-briny, medium-plus finish.

The midpalate is straightforward with a steely texture.

Bottle Note: This characteristic Fino comes from our Solera Bulería. Light golden color, delicate aroma announcing the arrival of a subtle Sherry that is balanced with refreshing dryness. As the ideal aperitive or with fish and seafood. To be served very cold between 5° and 10°C.
