Tasting Note: A pleasing, 12-year-old Palo Cortado Sherry with an especially long finish.

Deep amber in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of bread dough, butter, brioche, hints of caramel and medium-toasted toast.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied Palo Cortado Sherry has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a long finish.

Buttery and complex this Palo Cortado is rich and fulsome.

Bottle Note: An exceptional, very rare wine. Bright mahogany color. Ideal with nuts, cured cheeses and stews and gelatinous meats (bull’s tail, cheeks . . .). Serve between 13° and 14°C.
